•NO PURCHASE OR ONLINE ENTRY NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
•A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
•VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
How to Enter: Beginning at 10:a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on January16, 2010 until 6:p.m. ET on January 24, 2010. You may enter Society Hill Kitchen Makeover Contest (“Ugly Kitchen Contest”) the following ways: Online by visiting The Philly Home Show -“The Ugly…..” web site and completing the online entry form (limit one (1) online entry per valid email address, per eligible person, per day; printing your name, complete address and daytime phone number with attached kitchen photo/photos or (ii) hand printing your name, complete address and daytime phone number, e-mail address on a piece of paper up to 8.5 X l 1 inches and including kitchen photo/photos in an envelope, mailed and postmarked by January 24, 2010 and received by January 27, 2010, to: Society Hill Kitchens, 65 N 2nd St. Philadelphia, PA, 19106 or (iii) deposit entry form at booth 400 during the Home Show (limit one (1) online entry per valid address, per eligible person, per day; printing your name, complete address and daytime phone number email address with attached with kitchen photo/photos. Incorrect, Illegible and incomplete entries are void. These official rules are also available by sending a stamped, self-addressed #10 sized envelope to “Society Hill Kitchen Makeover Contest -Rules Request”. All entrees are subject to the official rules.
Eligibility: This Contest is open only to legal residents of the U.S. and its territories, possessions and commonwealths (excluding Puerto Rico) who are 18 years of age or older except employees and members of their households and immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings, children and each of their respective spouses) of Society Hill Kitchens (“Main Sponsor”), Airs Appliances, Inc., Caesar Stone U.S. and other participating sponsors and their respective parent companies, divisions, subsidiaries and affiliates, and their advertising and promotion agencies and all local sponsors (collectively with Main Sponsor, the “Contest Entities”).
Privacy: When you enter the contest, you may receive promotional e-mails and or literature, information regarding special offers from Society Hill Kitchens. Consenting to receive such e-mails and literature is optional and does not improve your chances of winning. In the event you do not consent to receive these e-mails, the use of such e-mails shall be subject to the privacy policy of Society Hill Kitchens. This refers to the use of e-mail addresses collected by Society Hill Kitchens.
Limitations of Liability. The Contest Entities and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent corporations and their respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees and agents, and any and all internet servers and access provider(s) are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, human error, technical malfunctions, failures, omission, interruption, deletion, or defect of any telephone network, computer online systems, computer equipment, server providers, or software, including any injury or damage to participant’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Contest; inability to access the Philly Home Show Website, theft, tampering, destruction or unauthorized access to , or alteration of entries, transactions that are processed late or incorrectly or are incomplete or lost due to computer or electronic malfunction or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website; printing or human or other errors; and any entries which are late, lost, incomplete, misdirected. This also applies to entries received by mail and submitted at the Philadelphia Home Show.
Selection of Contest Winner: The winner will be selected on January 28, 2020 at the Society Hill Kitchen Showroom, 65 N 2nd St. Philadelphia, PA, 19106.
