This fall, two lucky locals will win a complete makeover furnished by The Philadelphia Collection 2011!
In celebration of all things style & fashion, The Philadelphia Collection, in partnership with Philly.com Style, is seeking one male and one female who best deserve to be "made over" featuring select fashions and styling by Philadelphia Collection participants.
The contest, which will run from September 8 through September 12, will ask applicants to submit a paragraph (50-75 word maximum) on why they are most deserving of a makeover. Name, age, address, phone number and photo will be required. Entries may be submitted on Philly.com/Philadelphiacollectionmakeover
Applicants will have until 11:59PM on September 12th to submit their entries. A Philadelphia Collection Fashion Makeover panel, comprised of the Philly.com Style and Philadelphia Collection teams, will review all applicants. Winners will be informed on September 14th.

Judging Criteria:
• A Philadelphia Collection Panel will review all applicants and will decide on the winners.
• The male winner must be available for a makeover on Thursday, September 15th or prize will be forfeited and awarded to another winner.
• The female winner must be available for a makeover Saturday September 24th and must be available to be revealed in person at the FBH Closing Fashion Show at Commerce Square at 7PM or prize will be forfeited and awarded to another winner.
Award of Grand Prizes and Restrictions:
By entering the contest in the manner described above, or by claiming a Grand Prize, all participants agree to be bound by these Official Contest Rules. All entries become the property of The Philadelphia Collection.
The winners must comply with all elements of the makeover as suggested by the professionals hired by The Philadelphia Collection. The winners must be willing to have both a "before" photo taken and an "after" photo taken, for use by The Philadelphia Collection.
The winners are subject to verification. The Grand Prize winner at the time of winning must provide their correct name, address, telephone number, and date of birth to The Philadelphia Collection. The Grand Prize must be collected by the Grand Prize winner only. The Grand Prize may not be assigned or transferred. The Philadelphia Collection and its affiliates are not responsible for any contestant's inability to make arrangements to take delivery of the Grand Prize or prove eligibility.
The Grand Prize winner grants The Philadelphia Collection and its affiliate’s full and unlimited permission to use the Grand Prize winner's personality, including the Grand Prize winner's name, likenesses, and voice for promotional and publicity purposes, including all advertising, promotions, news coverage, and features without further compensation. As a condition of winning, the Grand Prize winner agrees to make themselves available to The Philadelphia Collection and its affiliates and parent company for interviews, photographs and video taping.
The decisions of The Philadelphia Collection, concerning any and all matters with respect to the Makeover Contest and the awarding of the Grand Prize, shall be final. The Philadelphia Collection will not be responsible for telecommunications systems malfunctions and/or failures that might impede an entrant's ability to submit an entry.
The Philadelphia Collection reserves the right to disqualify any contestant tampering with the operation or conduct of the contest.
The Philadelphia Collection reserves the final judgment on all matters pertaining to this contest including the right to change or modify the rules, or to discontinue or extend the contest without prior notice.
Any dispute that may arise regarding this contest is governed by the law of the State of Pennsylvania and the exclusive forum for resolving any dispute related to the contest is in Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania.
